Terms of Service & Platform Usage Rules

Launched: 11 March 2026 · Last Updated: October 2026

Welcome to cs2trustfactor.com (CS2 Trust Factor Checker), an independent Counter-Strike 2 community diagnostic platform and utility suite built and maintained by solo developer S. Enes AK. By accessing our website, running public SteamID64 profile lookups, scanning lobbies via our Match Lobby Analyzer (/lobby), generating custom autoexec files, or downloading Bento Share Cards, you agree to these Terms of Service. I wrote this document in plain, direct language so every player, streamer, and team captain knows how our heuristic engine operates and what rules govern the platform.

Quick Summary of Key Terms

Independent Platform
Operated by solo developer S. Enes AK since 11 March 2026; zero affiliation with Valve, Steam, FACEIT, or Leetify.
Heuristic Estimation Only
Algorithm v4.4 ("ELO-Aware Precision") starts at CFG.BASE = 35 and outputs 0–100 estimates, never official Valve GC data.
Zero-Login Architecture
No Steam OpenID login, password, or session token is ever requested; we strictly query public third-party APIs.
Fair-Use Rate Limits
Protected by a 10 requests per minute (60,000 ms) per-IP limit (HTTP 429) and a 5-minute in-memory response cache.
Instant Profile Opt-Out
Any player can request permanent SteamID64 exclusion via email or Discord, triggering an immediate 403 PROFILE_HIDDEN status.
August 2024 Valve Safe
All Binds Builder, Numpad Buy, Crosshair, and Practice CFG outputs strictly obey Valve post-August 2024 input rules.
01 · Operator & Scope

1. Platform Identity, Solo Operator & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and cs2trustfactor.com ("CS2 Trust Factor Checker"), launched on 11 March 2026 and operated independently by solo developer S. Enes AK. Whenever you query a Steam profile URL, vanity handle, or 64-bit SteamID64, or use our free Counter-Strike 2 utilities, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms alongside our Privacy Policy.

Because cs2trustfactor.com is built by an independent developer rather than a corporation, transparency comes first. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the site immediately. You can contact me directly at seedatenesak@gmail.com, on Discord (discord.gg/S7QHMQVWXB / siedath.), or via Instagram (@sedateak).

02 · Non-Affiliation

2. Independence from Valve Corporation, FACEIT & Leetify

cs2trustfactor.com is a 100% independent community diagnostic and utility project. It is NOT affiliated with, authorized, maintained, sponsored, or endorsed by Valve Corporation, Steam, FACEIT, or Leetify. All product names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

"Counter-Strike", "Counter-Strike 2", "CS2", "Steam", "VAC", and "Valve" are registered trademarks of Valve Corporation. References to Premier mode, Game Coordinator (GC), VACnet 3.0, FACEIT ELO, and Leetify ratings are made strictly for descriptive and analytical compatibility under fair-use principles.

Official Trademark & Non-Affiliation Notice

Valve Corporation never endorses third-party Trust Factor calculators. All telemetry on cs2trustfactor.com reflects independent algorithmic modeling over public APIs, not internal Valve servers.

03 · Algorithm v4.4

3. Nature of Algorithmic Trust Factor Estimation (Model v4.4)

Valve does not disclose its internal Game Coordinator (GC) or VACnet 3.0 source code or numerical Trust Factor formula. Inside CS2, Valve only displays relative yellow or red lobby banners when a teammate's hidden standing is lower than yours. Every score (0–100) and tier on cs2trustfactor.com is an independent heuristic estimate produced by Algorithm v4.4 ("ELO-Aware Precision").

Every calculation begins at a 35-point baseline (CFG.BASE = 35) and evaluates public endpoints from the Steam Web API, FACEIT Open Data API v4, and Leetify Public API v3. Positive weights reward account age, CS2 playtime, library breadth, Steam XP level, and verified competitive volume; negative weights penalize VAC bans, game bans, trade bans, or extreme stat anomalies relative to ELO.

Score TierPoint RangeData Sufficiency / RuleDiagnostic Interpretation
Blue — Verified Elite100SUFFICIENT data + zero bans + elite longevity & volumeExceptional multi-platform history with deep verified competitive sample size.
Green — High Trust75–99SUFFICIENT (up to 99) or PARTIAL Steam-only (max 85)Clean, established account profile with strong positive playtime signals.
Yellow — Average Trust45–74INSUFFICIENT data (max 70) or isSuspicious cap (max 74)Limited public visibility, newer account, or statistical anomalies requiring caution.
Red — Low Trust0–44Severe ban penalties, fresh smurf footprint, or red flagsHigh risk of degraded matchmaking quality, sanctions, or extreme stat skew.
04 · Ethical Diagnostic Use

4. Data Sufficiency Ceilings & Prohibition of Player Harassment

To prevent unverified profiles from reaching top tiers, Algorithm v4.4 enforces strict Data Sufficiency ceilings. Accounts rated INSUFFICIENT (private Steam hours without 150+ total or 100+ FACEIT matches, or under 300 CS2 hours with fewer than 30 matches) are capped at 70. PARTIAL profiles (Steam-only metrics) are capped at 85, while SUFFICIENT profiles can reach 99 regular or 100 Verified Elite. Accounts flagged as isSuspicious are hard-capped at 74.

All scores are strictly for informational, educational, and diagnostic purposes. You must NEVER use an estimated score for player harassment, witch-hunting, mass-reporting, defamation, or as an arbitrator in commercial skin trading and roster disputes.

Zero Tolerance for Witch-Hunting & Defamation

A capped or low score often simply reflects private Steam settings or a secondary account. Using cs2trustfactor.com outputs to harass or defame players strictly violates these Terms.

05 · API & Rate Limits

5. Acceptable Use Policy, Rate Limits & Infrastructure Protection

To protect our upstream API quotas, every API endpoint on cs2trustfactor.com enforces a strict rate limit of 10 requests per minute (60,000 ms) per IP address (returning HTTP 429 when exceeded) alongside a 5-minute in-memory response cache (CACHE_TTL_MS = 5 minutes).

Users must not deploy automated scrapers, bots, flood scripts, or DDoS attacks, attempt to bypass IP rate limits, reverse-engineer backend routes, falsify downloadable Share Cards or QR verification codes, or abuse the Match Lobby Analyzer (/lobby). Violating IPs may be permanently blocked (HTTP 403) and logged in our rolling 500-entry security log.

10 req / 60,000 ms Limit

Enforced per IP address across single lookups and lobby scans to protect Steam, FACEIT, and Leetify quotas.

5-Minute RAM Cache

Repeat queries within 5 minutes are served from volatile memory without hitting external APIs.

Anti-Scraping Enforcement

Abusive IPs are recorded in our 500-entry rolling security log and blocked via HTTP 403.

06 · CS2 Utilities & CFGs

6. CS2 Tools, Binds Builder & August 2024 Autoexec Disclaimers

Our platform provides free utilities including the CS2 Match Lobby Analyzer (/lobby), Pro Crosshair Generator, CS2 Binds & Autoexec Builder, Physical Numpad Buy Builder, Offline Practice Server CFG Generator, eDPI Calculator, and FPS Boost guides.

All generated .cfg scripts and console 1-liners are certified compliant with Valve's August 2024 sub-tick and multi-input rules (100% VAC, Premier, and FACEIT safe, containing zero banned null-movement or multi-action aliases). However, users apply configuration files and OS/hardware optimization tweaks at their own responsibility.

100% Post-August 2024 Valve & FACEIT Safe

Our generators never output banned multi-action aliases or Snap Tap / null-bind scripts, though users remain responsible for manual edits made to local .cfg files.

07 · Privacy & Opt-Out

7. Zero-Login Policy & Right to Opt-Out (PROFILE_HIDDEN)

No account registration or Steam OpenID login is ever required on cs2trustfactor.com. Because phishing sites frequently spoof Steam login pages to steal skins and credentials, remember that our platform never requests your password, session tokens, or two-factor Steam Guard codes.

Any player who does not want their public SteamID64 analyzed on cs2trustfactor.com may email seedatenesak@gmail.com or contact us on Discord (discord.gg/S7QHMQVWXB / siedath.) to be added to our permanent Profile Opt-Out Blacklist, which immediately purges cached data and returns HTTP 403 PROFILE_HIDDEN on all future single-profile or lobby lookups.

08 · IP & Share Cards

8. Intellectual Property & Bento Share Card Usage Rights

Platform source code, Algorithm v4.4 ("ELO-Aware Precision") scoring weights, UI design, custom graphics, and 20-language editorial articles belong exclusively to cs2trustfactor.com and S. Enes AK. Unauthorized cloning, framing, or commercial redistribution of our code or guides is strictly prohibited.

Players, streamers, and content creators are granted a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to download and share unaltered 2.5x Retina iOS Bento Share Cards (complete with QR verification links) on social media, Discord, YouTube, and Twitch, provided they are not doctored or manipulated to misrepresent another player's standing.

09 · Ads & Telemetry

9. Advertising, Analytics & Third-Party Links

Server and API infrastructure costs are supported by non-intrusive Google AdSense display advertisements and voluntary community support, alongside anonymized telemetry via Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Vercel Analytics, and Yandex Metrica, governed in full detail by our Privacy Policy.

Our diagnostic reports and guides include outbound links to third-party platforms such as Steam Community profiles, FACEIT match rooms, and Leetify dashboards. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, content, security, or privacy practices of any external websites.

10 · Liability Limits

10. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As Is") & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided strictly "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Because we rely on upstream public APIs (Steam Web API, FACEIT Open Data API v4, and Leetify Public API v3), temporary maintenance, rate throttling, or private profile settings may limit available metrics.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cs2trustfactor.com and solo developer S. Enes AK shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our heuristic estimates, lobby scans, configuration files, or hardware optimization guides.

11 · Updates & Contact

11. Revisions to Terms, Severability & Contact Information

We may revise these Terms of Service as Counter-Strike 2 and Algorithm v4.4 evolve, updating the "Last Updated" date above (October 2026). Continued use of cs2trustfactor.com constitutes acceptance of updated terms. If any clause is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Terms

Is cs2trustfactor.com affiliated with Valve Corporation or official CS2 servers?

No. cs2trustfactor.com is an independent community platform launched on 11 March 2026 by solo developer S. Enes AK. We are not affiliated with Valve Corporation, Steam, FACEIT, or Leetify.

Can I use a Red or Yellow Trust Factor score as proof that someone is cheating?

No. Algorithm v4.4 produces heuristic estimates from a 35-point baseline (CFG.BASE = 35) using public APIs. Private hours or low match volume trigger caps like INSUFFICIENT (max 70) or isSuspicious (max 74). Estimates are for diagnostic use only and must never be used for harassment or trading disputes.

Why did I get an HTTP 429 error while checking profiles?

We enforce a rate limit of 10 requests per minute (60,000 ms) per IP address alongside a 5-minute in-memory cache (CACHE_TTL_MS = 5 minutes) to protect upstream API quotas. Wait one minute before retrying.

Are the Binds Builder and Autoexec scripts compliant with Valve’s August 2024 rules?

Yes. All generated .cfg files and console 1-liners are 100% compliant with Valve’s August 2024 sub-tick and multi-input rules, making them completely safe for VAC, Premier, and FACEIT.

How do I permanently hide my Steam profile on cs2trustfactor.com?

Email seedatenesak@gmail.com or message us on Discord (discord.gg/S7QHMQVWXB / siedath.) with your SteamID64. We will add you to our Profile Opt-Out Blacklist, purging cached data and returning 403 PROFILE_HIDDEN.

Can I share downloadable Bento Share Cards on social media or streams?

Yes. You have a free, non-exclusive license to share unaltered 2.5x Retina Bento Share Cards with QR verification links on Discord, X, YouTube, and Twitch, provided you do not falsify the score.

Does cs2trustfactor.com ever require a Steam login?

Never. We operate a strict zero-login policy and only query public data by SteamID64 or vanity URL.
